Customer Service Professional with English

On site in Warsaw

Base salary: 5000-5700PLN gross per month

hourly salary: 314PLN gross

Your daily tasks:

  • Providing the highest level of customer service(E-mail/Phone);
  • Helping patientswho are using medical equipment;
  • Answering incoming callsand meeting targets set by the customer and management;
  • Following company policies and proceduresensuring quality;

What do we expect from you

  • Language: Proficiency inEnglish (C1) both spoken and written;
  • Experience: its beneficial if you have experience inmedical projects/interest in diabetes related topics;
  • Technology: Knowledge of MS Office anddeveloped computer skills;
  • Personality:Motivatedandenthusiastic not afraid of learning.
