Customer Service Professional with English
On site in Warsaw
Base salary: 5000-5700PLN gross per month
hourly salary: 314PLN gross
Your daily tasks:
- Providing the highest level of customer service(E-mail/Phone);
- Helping patientswho are using medical equipment;
- Answering incoming callsand meeting targets set by the customer and management;
- Following company policies and proceduresensuring quality;
What do we expect from you
- Language: Proficiency inEnglish (C1) both spoken and written;
- Experience: its beneficial if you have experience inmedical projects/interest in diabetes related topics;
- Technology: Knowledge of MS Office anddeveloped computer skills;
- Personality:Motivatedandenthusiastic not afraid of learning.

- Independence ability to work with minimal supervision;
- Ability to solve problems;
- Attention to detail;
- Sales skills;
- Soft skills.
