At De LEurope Amsterdam hospitality is key. Our hotel combines classic elegance with the dynamism of the city and offers guests a warm and professional welcome. During your Butler internship you will be part of an enthusiastic team and involved in the daily needs of guests in a luxury 5-star hotel.
What you will do
As a Butler Intern you will support the Butler team in providing a personalized guest experience learning to anticipate and proactively respond to guests needs. You will arrange the room according to the guests wishes and provide the appropriate amenities.
You will assist in welcoming and checking out guests help them settle in and arrange various addition you will contribute to a smooth and pleasant guest journey from arrival to departure.
Job requirements
Who you are
This internship is part of your education (6 months minimum)
Prepared to work effectively in a dynamic environment
Attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks
Positive and dynamic team player
You are proactive and eager to learn
Fluent in English additional languages are a plus
Good communication skills to collaborate with the team and management
Striving to get the most out of your internship.
Nice to have
Passion for luxury hospitality
You know how to enjoy life both at work and in your private life
Social skills
Experience in the hospitality industry.
