Are you passionate about safety security and providing exceptional service We are looking for responsible and dedicated Security Associate to join our Security & Safety division.
Job Summary
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests colleagues and resort property.
- Conduct routine patrols of hotel premises and surrounding areas.
- Monitor CCTV systems alarm systems and access control points.
- Respond promptly to emergencies incidents and security concerns.
- Enforce hotel policies and security procedures.
- Provide courteous assistance and directions to guests when required.
- Prepare incident reports and maintain accurate security logs.
- Collaborate with internal departments and emergency services when necessary.
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in hotel security law enforcement or security services is an advantage.
- Physically fit and able to work rotating shifts weekends and public holidays.
- Strong sense of responsibility confidentiality integrity and discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of safety and emergency procedures will be an added advantage.
