Job Summary: The goal of the Pediatric ICU Pharmacy Clinical Specialist is to promote the safe and effective use of medications by working collaboratively with prescribers and the multidisciplinary health care team. This position contributes to the goals of the department by providing safe medication therapy within defined practice areas. Responsibilities include the complete assessment recommendation and monitoring of pharmacotherapy for specific patients ensuring that the highest quality and evidence-based standards for pharmacy practice are met. Along with other members of the health care team this role is responsible for patient outcomes that meet the high standards of care provided by JHACH.

Qualifications:
Salary Range: Minimum 65.68/hour - Maximum 105.08/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
