As a Maintenance Technician you will assist with the day-to-day maintenance operations of the community including:
- Completing service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshooting and repairing plumbing electrical and HVAC issues
- Appliance repair and replacement
- Painting drywall repair and general carpentry
- Preparing apartments for new residents(turns/make-eadies)
- Maintaining building systems and common areas
- Assisting with preventative maintenance programs
- Participating in an on-call rotation for emergency maintenance.

Qualifications :
Ideal candidates will have:
- 1-3 years of experience in the hotel industry or multifamily housing preferred
- Strong customer service skills and general computer knowledge.
- Demonstrated experience in plumbing electrical work appliance repair and painting.
Experience in plumbing contracting builder certification or related licenses is considered a plus. Candidates should be available for on-call responsibilities and have the flexibility to work weekends as needed.
