Job Summary
- You need to ensure the bar runs smoothly by restocking liquor/glassware changing kegs preparing garnishes and maintaining cleanliness that allow bartenders to focus on serving customers.
- Assisting bartenders in making drinks clearing dirty items from guests and running items to tables.
- Managing multiple tasks simultaneously such as cleaning restocking and responding to bartender needs.
- Moving quickly to keep up with high-volume service.
Qualifications :
- High School diploma
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage/Restaurant operations
- Passion for excellent service
- Excellent team player
- English speaking
