Overview
We are looking for a New Business & Marketing Manager to help drive the agencys growth in London through proactive new business activity marketing initiatives and brand positioning playing a key role in supporting Iris growth strategy by identifying new opportunities managing pitch processes and driving marketing initiatives that raise the agencys profile.
Responsibilities
New Business & Growth
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities across key sectors with their director
- Manage the end-to-end pitch process including research coordination timelines and submission.
- Work closely with pitch teams to create pitch theatre
- Maintain and develop relationships with pitch consultants procurement teams and prospective clients.
- Track pipeline opportunities and report on new business performance.
Marketing & Agency Profile
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives that promote the agencys work and culture.
- Manage case studies thought leadership and award submissions.
- Oversee agency communications including newsletters website updates and social channels.
- Support PR initiatives and collaborate with external PR partners.
- Help position Iris as a leader in integrated creativity and participation-led marketing.
Content & Brand Storytelling
- Work with strategy and creative teams to turn agency work into compelling stories.
- Create and distribute marketing materials credentials and pitch decks.
- Ensure the agency brand and messaging remain consistent across all touch points.
Required Skills
- 3 years experience in agency new business marketing or business development.
- Experience working within creative integrated or digital agencies.
- Strong pitch management and project coordination skills.
- Excellent storytelling presentation and writing abilities.
- Confident working with senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for creativity marketing and agency culture.
- A strong communicator who can translate creative work into clear commercial stories.
- A collaborator who can bring teams together to win new business.
