What Youll Build

• Youll shape the future of mobile HR by building the next-generation iOS experience for SAP SuccessFactors an app that puts performance appraisals compensation reviews payroll time tracking talent management and learning into the hands of millions of employees worldwide.
• Youll collaborate with product and design teams to deliver high-quality lean solutions that make complex HR processes feel effortless on iOS.
• Youll improve and evolve the existing codebase identifying performance bottlenecks leveraging instrumentation tools and ensuring a smooth reliable user experience.
• Youll work across time zones with cross-functional teams sharing your expertise and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Youll champion quality and accessibility through comprehensive unit and component testing and adherence to accessibility best practices.

What You Bring

• 4 to 8 years of experience in iOS application development.
• Proficiency in Swift SwiftUI and native iOS development with strong CS fundamentals (data structures algorithms software design).
• Solid experience with networking data persistence multithreading performance optimization RESTful APIs and Git.
• Experience with unit testing mobile automation testing and CI/CD pipelines.
• A knack for solving complex UI challenges and a passion for building exceptional user experiences.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across distributed teams.
• A growth mindset youre curious self-motivated and eager to learn.
• Knowledge of implementing mobile-accessible applications.

Nice to have: - A portfolio of work (e.g. open-source contributions on GitHub) or experience with high-traffic public apps. - Knowledge of iOS security Secure Storage Cryptography Authentication and Session Management. - Experience beyond iOS such as Android web technologies or cloud platforms.
