What Youll Do
Customer Experience:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly professional manner
- Build lasting relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
- Identify customer needs through effective listening and communication
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
Sales Process:
- Demonstrate and present new and pre-owned vehicles
- Help customers select vehicles that fit their needs and budget
- Clearly explain financing and leasing options
- Negotiate sales professionally and ethically
- Follow up with leads and customers to close deals and maintain relationships
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals
Product Knowledge:
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory features pricing and promotions
- Stay informed on new models and industry trends
- Present vehicle features and benefits effectively
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales managers finance managers and service staff
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
- Maintain a professional and organized showroom and lot
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Previous sales experience preferred (automotive experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Preferred Experience (Not Required)
- Automotive sales experience
- E-Leads CRM software experience is a plus
- Knowledge of vehicle financing and leasing
- Bilingual skills are a plus
