Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project & Programme Lead to drive complex strategic initiatives and ensure successful end-to-end delivery of key business projects. The role focuses on managing large cross-functional programmes coordinating multiple stakeholders and ensuring delivery aligned with business objectives timelines and budget.
The successful candidate will lead integration and transformation initiatives oversee programme governance and collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across business and technology teams.

Location: Prague Czech Republic (Hybrid 2 days per week onsite)


Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex programmes and projects from initiation through implementation.

  • Define project scope timelines milestones and integration roadmaps.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple departments including finance regulatory commercial network IT and HR.

  • Manage programme dependencies risks and issues to ensure successful delivery aligned with strategic goals.

  • Drive execution of project plans ensuring milestones are met within time budget and quality expectations.

  • Oversee due-diligence activities vendor coordination and third-party engagement.

  • Monitor programme performance and track progress against defined KPIs and strategic objectives.

  • Facilitate communication with stakeholders and act as the lead representative in governance and steering committee meetings.

  • Ensure operational readiness and compliance with internal standards before production releases.

  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support programme alignment and business outcomes.


Requirements:
  • 8 years of experience in Project or Programme Management.

  • Proven experience managing large integration or M&A related projects.

  • Strong experience delivering complex cross-functional programmes end-to-end.

  • Ability to coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders across business and technical domains.

  • Experience managing project governance risks budgets and programme reporting.

  • Solid understanding of project management frameworks (Agile Waterfall PRINCE2 or similar).

  • Strong stakeholder management skills including interaction with senior leadership and C-level stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
