Senior Property Manager
Horsham Full-time
We are seeking a Senior Property Manager to join our clients growing team in Horsham. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced property professional to take on a senior role overseeing a residential portfolio while helping shape operational strategy and leading a high-performing team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring properties are managed to the highest standards of service compliance and client satisfaction while supporting the continued growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and support the property management team promoting a culture of professionalism accountability and excellent customer service.

Oversee the day-to-day management of a residential property portfolio including maintenance coordination compliance budgets and tenant relations.

Implement operational strategies to improve efficiency performance and client experience.

Ensure all properties are managed in line with current legislation and industry regulations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords tenants contractors and key stakeholders.

Identify opportunities to improve processes systems and service delivery across the department.
Candidate Requirements

Proven experience in a Senior Property Manager or similar property management role.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members.

Excellent knowledge of UK property legislation and compliance including the Renters Reform/Rights landscape.

Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.

A proactive solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

ARLA / Propertymark qualification (preferred).
-
Full UK Driving Licence (required).
