Job Summary: We are currently hiring for Airport Ground Staff to join our team at Mumbai Airport. As a ground staff member you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of airport operations. This is a full-time position and we are looking for freshers who are eager to start their career in the aviation industry. Key Responsibilities: - Assisting passengers with check-in boarding and baggage handling procedures - Providing excellent customer service to ensure a pleasant travel experience for passengers - Communicating with airline crew and ground staff to ensure timely departure and arrival of flights - Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints in a professional manner - Ensuring the safety and security of passengers baggage and airport facilities - Collaborating with other ground staff members to maintain a clean and organized airport environment - Adhering to all safety and security regulations and procedures set by the company and relevant authorities - Assisting with special services such as wheelchair assistance VIP handling and unaccompanied minors - Keeping track of flight schedules delays and cancellations to provide accurate information to passengers - Handling cash and credit card transactions for excess baggage lounge access and other services Qualifications and Skills: - Minimum 102 or equivalent qualification from a recognized board - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office - Fluency in English and Hindi knowledge of other languages will be an added advantage - Must be willing to work in shifts including early mornings late nights weekends and holidays - Prior experience in the aviation industry will be preferred but not mandatory Benefits: - Competitive salary package - Medical and life insurance coverage - Ongoing training and development opportunities - Employee discounts on travel and other services - Fun and inclusive work environment If you are passionate about the aviation industry and have a desire to provide excellent customer service we would love to have you on our team.
