Job Summary

We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a member of our ground staff team you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our airport and providing excellent customer service to our passengers. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters boarding gates and arrival areas - Check and process passengers travel documents including tickets and passports - Handle baggage and cargo including loading and unloading from aircraft - Ensure the safety and security of all passengers and their belongings - Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules delays and other inquiries - Coordinate with other ground staff and airline crew to ensure efficient and timely operations - Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner - Maintain a clean and organized work environment including the airport terminal and surrounding areas - Adhere to all safety and security regulations and procedures at all times Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays - Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time - Knowledge of local languages and/or international languages is a plus - Must pass a background check and drug screening We offer a competitive salary and benefits package as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
