Key Responsibilities

• Content Moderation: Review and moderate user-generated content (videos images and text) to ensure compliance with community standards and legal regulations.
• User Engagement: Respond to inquiries and resolve issues regarding account security privacy settings and platform policies for the Czech market.
• Community Safety: Identify and escalate instances of inappropriate behavior fraud or violations of platform guidelines to maintain a positive user experience.
• Strategy Support: Collaborate with the global technical team to improve content management strategies and community engagement.
• Quality Assurance: Deliver clear empathetic and professional solutions via digital channels maintaining the high service standards of a global tech leader.

Requirements

• Language: Native or C2-level Czech and professional proficiency in English (C1).
• Legal: Mandatory EU Passport or a valid permit to work in Greece. (Note: Residence permits from other EU member states are not valid for employment in Greece).
• Professionalism: High emotional resilience and a solution-oriented mindset for handling diverse digital content.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced digital environment.
