Sales Director (Market Leader International Medical Group)
Location: Cairo Egypt
We are a leading international medical group dedicated to providing quality healthcare services to patients around the world. Our group is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team in Cairo Egypt.
As the Sales Director you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets. You will work closely with the senior management team to develop and implement sales strategies identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Lead and manage the sales team providing guidance training and support to ensure their success.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and identify potential areas for growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns to support sales efforts.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as industry regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in sales with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully driving sales and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry is required.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
