Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Work From Home Cruise Planner to join our growing this remote role you will assist clients in planning and booking cruise vacations tailored to their preferences budget and travel goals. Responsibilities include researching cruise lines destinations and itineraries; providing personalized recommendations; managing reservations; and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the booking process. You will also maintain client relationships follow up on inquiries and stay up to date on promotions industry trends and travel requirements.
The ideal candidate is organized self-driven and comfortable working independently while also collaborating with a supportive team. Strong communication skills basic computer proficiency and a passion for travel are essential. Previous experience in sales hospitality or customer service is a plus but not required.
What Youll Do:
- Assist clients with cruise research planning and booking
- Recommend cruise lines destinations and itineraries
- Manage reservations and client details
- Provide ongoing support before during and after travel
- Stay up to date on promotions trends and travel requirements

- Basic computer and internet skills
- Customer service or sales experience (preferred not required)
