Route Overview
- Dry van freight operating throughout Illinois Indiana and Wisconsin
- 100% no-touch freight
- Combination of drop and hook freight live loads and live unload deliveries
- Freight lanes operate within a 500 mile radius of Chicago
- Consistent regional freight demand supported by an established shipper network
Driver Compensation
- $0.56$0.64 CPM depending on experience
- Average weekly earnings $1500$1600
- Driver performance bonus available
- $15 stop pay when applicable
Schedule
- Home every two weeks
- Consistent Midwest regional routes
- Drivers based near DeKalb run predictable freight lanes
Truck Fleet
- Late-model Freightliner and Kenworth tractors
- Automatic and 10-speed transmissions
- Average tractor age approximately 1.5 years
- Trucks permanently assigned to drivers
- Many trucks equipped with inverter or APU
Driver Training
- Drivers may participate in the company training program designed to support drivers as they transition into the regional fleet.
- Must have completed at least 120 hours of CDL training at an accredited CDL school
- 35 week paid training program with a company mentor
- Training includes safety procedures ELD compliance trip planning and company policies
- Drivers move into solo operation based on performance

Driver Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid Class A CDL required
- Minimum 6 months CDL-A driving experience required
- Must have held a valid U.S. drivers license for at least 12 consecutive months
- Stable work history with no major employment gaps
- Acceptable driving record
- Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening hair and urine
