Driver Pay

  • $0.56$0.64 CPM once drivers complete the training program
  • Average weekly earnings between $1500 and $1600

Freight Network

Training Program for New CDL Drivers

  • This position is open to drivers who recently obtained their CDL and need over-the-road experience.
  • Valid Class A CDL required
  • Minimum 120 hours completed at an accredited CDL training school
  • 35 week paid training program with an experienced company mentor
  • Training includes safety procedures ELD usage trip planning and company operations
  • Drivers transition to solo driving based on performance and readiness

Truck Fleet

  • Late-model Freightliner and Kenworth tractors
  • Automatic and 10-speed transmissions
  • Average tractor age approximately 1.5 years
  • Assigned trucks once drivers move to solo status
  • Many trucks equipped with inverter or APU

Driver Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Valid Class A CDL required

  • Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening hair and urine
  • Stable work history preferred
