Drivers based near Cedar Rapids running on this CDL-A regional fleet typically average between 2200 and 2500 miles per week with home time every two weeks while hauling dry van freight across a consistent North Central freight network. Pay & Earnings
- $0.56$0.64 CPM depending on experience
- Average weekly earnings $1500$1600

Regional Freight Network
- Dry van freight operating across Illinois Indiana and Wisconsin
- 100% no-touch freight
- Combination of drop and hook freight live load and live unload deliveries

Home Time
- Home every two weeks

Equipment

Entry-Level Driver Training
Drivers with little or no over-the-road experience may qualify for the entry-level CDL-A training program.
- Must hold a valid Class A CDL
- Must have completed at least 120 hours of CDL school training
- 35 week paid training program with a company mentor
- Training includes safety procedures ELD compliance trip planning and company policies
- Advancement to solo driving is performance-based

Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid Class A CDL required
- Must have held a valid U.S. drivers license for at least 12 consecutive months
- Minimum 6 months experience preferred
- Stable work history with no major employment gaps
- Acceptable driving record
- Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening hair and urine
