Project/Program:
Enterprise administration of Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 with a strong emphasis on SharePoint Online

Day-to-Day Tasks:
End-to-end project tasks for M365 and Dynamics 365 implementation in NYS largest Microsoft tenant.
Work with business users to document system requirements define scope of the projects timeline of project develop solutions.
In M365 Dynamics 365 and Azure do unit testing conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and define go-live date(s). Process bugs for code fixes and implement change requests to systems.
Create solution documentation for work done so that other staff can understand systems and work on developed solutions.
Train users and staff on use of system including knowledge transfer of methodologies used to build and maintain applications.
Troubleshoot problems when they arise and work with Microsoft to resolve issues when applicable.
Manage M365 tenants (3 - NYSEMAIL DEV NYS02) including Dynamics 365 implementation in each tenant.

Mandatory Qualification:
Cloud Engineer -
Applies engineering disciplines to cloud computing and brings a systematic approach to concerns of commercialization standardization and governance of cloud computing applications. Leverages the methods and tools of engineering in conceiving developing operating and maintaining cloud computing systems and solutions. Uses the economics of cloud resources to solve business problems.

Expert -
84 Months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.

Requested Qualifications:
- 84 months of experience in Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 doing administrative tasks such as maintenance (including backup/restore) setup upgrades migration etc.
- 84 months of experience in SharePoint doing development in SharePoint sites and site collections such as maintenance of workflows lists and design.
- 84 months of experience troubleshooting issues and provide customer support for service requests and incidents related to Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 including on-premises environments.
- 84 months of experience in M365 SharePoint Administration Governance and Migration of site collections using Sharegate.
- 48 months of enterprise support for Dynamics 365 including environment setup Power Apps integration Power Automate Integration Power Pages and Power BI.
- 84 months of experience supporting Teams OneDrive for Business including educating administrators and users on the benefits and collaboration features available.
- 84 months of experience working with Active Directory eDiscovery PowerShell DLP and other supporting technologies to M365 and Dynamics 365 tenants.
- Bachelors Degree technology related field.
