Job Description
As a Security Officer - Fulfillment Center Patrol in Imperial PA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a leading tech location you will monitor and patrol assigned areas complete routine rounds and remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will respond to concerns document observations and deliver standout customer service through clear communication. What Youll Do:
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities in a tech and communications location.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including reporting hazards suspicious activity and policy violations per post orders.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of offices lobbies loading and receiving areas parking areas and the building perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and/or loitering.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity verify credentials as required and assist with badging and/or sign-in processes in accordance with site policies.
- Complete patrol logs and incident reports communicate updates to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership and support security-related drills and operational needs.
Minimum Requirements:
- CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
