Local Civics Project Showcase Organizers

Positions:

3 teacher positions available

Description:

Showcase Organizers will collaborate in organizing and implementing a local Civics Project Showcase in the district for middle and high school students.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

District level collaboration between Samoset Sky View and Leominster High School Organizers to plan and implement a local level Civics Project Showcase Event.
Participants should be currently implementing the Civics Project with students through their teaching load
Attendance at all meetings is required
Approximately 3-4 hours of meetings per month from March 2025 to June 2026
Approximately 3 hours of event execution in May or June 2026

Working Time:

Approximately 20 hours from March 2026 to June 2026
Includes planning meetings of the team event set-up and event execution
Dates and times will be determined by the team

Funding

Approximately 20 hours at $40 per hour
