Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Manage the monthend GL close process and ensure financial accuracy
Review reconciliations journals and intercompany transactions
Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts
Lead and mentor a team of accountants ensuring high-quality output
Liaise with auditors and handle audit queries
Drive improvements within financial controls and processes

Were looking for:
3 years finance experience (Financial Services experience not required)
Strong technical understanding of:
General ledger close
Reconciliation reviews
Management accounts preparation
Reviewing journals & intercompany balances
Responding to audit queries
Experience supervising or leading a finance team (e.g. accountants)

Qualifications:
Completed BCom degree
CIMA or ACCA qualification (completed or in final stages)
