Job Summary
As a Sr. Strategic Planning Manager here at Honeywell you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans conducting market research and analysis identifying growth opportunities and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives. Your strong leadership skills strategic thinking and ability to influence and inspire others will be essential in contributing to the growth and success of Honeywell.
You will report directly to our title and youll work out of our City State location on a Hybrid On-site Remote work schedule.
In this role you will impact shaping and executing an organizations strategic planning processes. Their impact is substantial and extends across various critical areas contributing to the organizations growth profitability and long-term success.

- Lead strategic planning initiatives to drive growth and optimize operational efficiency
- Analyze market trends customer needs and competitive landscape to identify business opportunities
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and execute strategic plans
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in strategic planning business development or related roles
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
