Job Summary:
The Sales Motion & Customization team part of the Sales Enablement vertical plays a pivotal role in bridging sales strategy with execution. The team drives advertiser impact through bespoke media solutions and maximized revenue opportunities while also strengthening sales efficiency via robust pipeline this role you will be working at the intersection of sales product content and data to enable business growth by ensuring both creative flexibility for clients and operational rigor for internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Curate consolidate and manage data from multiple sources to maintain accurate and structured datasets for business reporting.
- Extract organize and analyze data to generate insights supporting sales performance tracking and operational decision-making.
- Build and maintain reporting tools and dashboards using Advanced Excel and Google Sheets for database management and sales reporting.
- Drive automation of recurring reporting processes and internal tools using scripting or basic programming where applicable.
- Coordinate with Sales backend and customization teams while managing systems such as Zoho to support data extraction reporting needs and process improvements.
Skills Required:
- Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP Index-Match Charts Dashboards etc.)
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Power BI (Dashboarding & Data Visualization)
- Google Suite
- Familiarity with Ad Server Tools
Preferred Experience
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in digital Ecommerce Media or similar industries
