Description

River Run is a shared services organization that supports banking affiliates Newburyport Bank Pentucket Bank and Rollstone Bank & Trust.

As an Information Technology (IT) Intern you will work closely with the VP Head of Lending Systems and other members of the IT team. This position will be based on-site at our of Newburyport MA office.

Internship Duration: June 1 End of August approximately.

Location: On-site 63 State Street Newburyport MA

Employment Type: Full-time Internship (40 hours per week) Flexibility can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

You will learn how to:

Assist with getting our Runbooks and other documentation organized.
Get applications created in Visio with the process flows.
Diagram all the key systems. A few of the key systems that support our business lines and that you would get exposure to would be: Meridian Link Numerated Sageworks LaserPro FIS Horizon Quest Analytics Quest Soft amongst others.

Requirements

Education and Experience

Pursuing a bachelors degree in Project Management Management Information Systems Data Analytics or related field.
Detail oriented and ability to work successfully with deadlines and time constraints.
Strong decision-making skills and verbal/written communication skills required.
General knowledge of database access and reporting tools. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Visio.
Ability to manage a process to completion.
Professional demeanor and professional maturity required for working closely with clients employees and vendors.

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
