Takes beverage orders from customers and delivers to service bar for preparation of drinks. Receives prepared drinks and serves to customers according to established rules of etiquette. Responsible for removing all used glasses from showroom and lounge tables. Responsible for emptying and cleaning ashtrays in showroom and casino areas. Travels to casino floor to take requests and serve beverages to customers. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Ability to carry several items at once. Completes special assignments for management as requested.
High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to read and write English sufficiently to perform job. Knowledge of cocktail service. NJ CER REQUIRED
