Job Summary

SEYSES is an international engineering and construction company specialized in renewable energy delivering large-scale photovoltaic (PV) and energy infrastructure projects worldwide.
We are currently seeking a Commissioning Engineer to support utility-scale photovoltaic projects located in Newbern Alabama (USA).
POSITION OVERVIEW
The selected candidate will join the Commissioning team supporting the execution and control of commissioning activities during the final phases of PV project delivery.
This role is site-based and focused on ensuring proper system functionality supporting technical issue resolution and collaborating with the clients engineering and O&M teams to guarantee successful project handover.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide technical support during the commissioning phase of photovoltaic projects.
Monitor and control commissioning activities to ensure proper system performance.
Identify analyze and resolve technical issues in control and communication systems.
Collaborate with the clients engineering team in system validation and optimization.
Support O&M teams during handover and warranty period.
Prepare technical reports for Engineering and Quality Control departments.
Monitor project performance remotely until full commissioning completion.
Deliver training sessions on systems and commissioning processes to O&M staff.
REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Engineering (Telecommunications Electrical or similar).
Experience in commissioning of PV plants or energy infrastructure projects.
Knowledge of control systems SCADA or communication protocols (LoRaWAN is a plus).
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Ability to work in site-based fast-paced environments.
Professional English required; Spanish is a plus.
Valid U.S. work authorization.
Availability to travel and work on-site.
