Job Summary

Senior AI/ML Engineer (Generative AI & LLMs)

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer with a deep specialization in Generative AI to lead the development and deployment of next-generation intelligent applications.

In this role you will bridge the gap between advanced research and production-grade software leveraging 8 10 years of experience to build scalable RAG pipelines agentic frameworks and robust MLOps environments.

Technical Requirements

Core AI/ML & LLM Expertise

8 10 years of experience in Apps Development or Systems Analysis.
Deep mastery of GenAI foundations including NLP Neural Networks and LLM architecture.
Hands-on experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) techniques and advanced retrieval strategies.
Proficiency in Agentic framework-based implementations.

Programming & Data Engineering

Expert Python Skills: Deep experience with Pandas NumPy scikit-learn PyTorch or TensorFlow.
AI Frameworks: Extensive use of LangChain LlamaIndex Transformers and FastAPI.
Vector Databases: Proficiency in PG Vector Pinecone Mongo Atlas or Neo4j.

DevOps & Infrastructure

MLOps & Deployment: Proven track record of deploying GenAI models to production.
Containerization: Hands-on experience with Kubernetes or OpenShift for scaling cloud-native apps.
CI/CD: Strong expertise in Jenkins GitLab CI Azure DevOps or ArgoCD.
