Job Summary

Job Role: Supervisor Blue Collar Workforce

Role To ensure smooth day-to-day operations by supervising blue-collar workers maintaining productivity discipline safety and coordinating workforce management at the client site.

Key Responsibilities

1. Experience required for Workforce Supervision

2. Must know Attendance Management

3. Should be able to Migrant people to settle down with their rooms.

4. Must be work into Discipline & Workforce Control

5. Can be able to do Complete Onboarding Process

6. Should be able to do Coordination with Client & Management

7. Can be able to make Daily Reporting & MIS

Requirements

Preferred Experience

Minimum 15 years of experience in warehouse / logistics / manufacturing supervision

Should have Experience in managing blue-collar workforce teams.
