Our Most successful Bellman is someone who has:

Drivers license (for at least 2 years);

Very good communication skills in English and Romanian a second foreign language is an advantage;

Availability to work in shifts;

Customer orientation

Ability to solve problems and make decisions;

Warm friendly personality;

Team spirit.

As a Bellman / Valet you will:

Welcome each and every guest with a smile and maintain a professional approach at all times;

Assist guests with their language and ensure their belongings are deposited safely and always attended;

Bending and lifting weights of 15 kg or more is required;

Offer valet parking services for our guests;

Escort guests to their room using proper procedures while being an ambassador of good will for the hotel;

Act as an information center for guests giving directions recommending theatres museums shopping etc;
