Turner & Townsend arecurrently recruiting for Associate Directors within our Natural Resources team to support our expanding New Energy & Natural Resources segment.
We are seeking out candidates to work on iconic commissions for a range of our key clients all offering exciting career development opportunities.
A successful candidate will have demonstrable experience and ability to do the majority of the following:

coach and mentor others encouraging managers to focus on the development of their people creating a learning culture with access to opportunities for all and identify emerging talent and future leaders.
balance stakeholder needs in decision making encouraging collaboration across the business while continuing to broaden your leadership skills and influence and impact across the organisation.
Qualifications :
Degree or HNC level qualification
NEC3/4 or FIDIC experience
Cost / commercial management experience on Energy (nuclear renewables transmission & distribution oil & gas low carbon) or Infrastructure (water / utilities / rail / roads/ aviation) projects
Experience of working on major programmes or project portfolios
Professional Chartership (preferable)
