Job Summary

Turner & Townsend arecurrently recruiting for Associate Directors within our Natural Resources team to support our expanding New Energy & Natural Resources segment.

We are seeking out candidates to work on iconic commissions for a range of our key clients all offering exciting career development opportunities.

A successful candidate will have demonstrable experience and ability to do the majority of the following:

anticipate future challenges and opportunities and drive meaningful change openly sharing knowledge best practice and learning and innovating using strong insight into stakeholder needs competitor activity and market trends.

you think beyond your own division demonstrating strong awareness of the markets we operate in building strong partnerships with clients and industry peers staying informed on emerging developments and growing your leadership impact through continuous learning.

coach and mentor others encouraging managers to focus on the development of their people creating a learning culture with access to opportunities for all and identify emerging talent and future leaders.

balance stakeholder needs in decision making encouraging collaboration across the business while continuing to broaden your leadership skills and influence and impact across the organisation.

Qualifications :

Degree or HNC level qualification

NEC3/4 or FIDIC experience

Cost / commercial management experience on Energy (nuclear renewables transmission & distribution oil & gas low carbon) or Infrastructure (water / utilities / rail / roads/ aviation) projects

Experience of working on major programmes or project portfolios

Professional Chartership (preferable)
