Job Summary
As part of our Talent team you will play a key role in strengthening our people strategy across Spain and Portugal. You will act as a trusted advisor to the business combining full-cycle hiring expertise with a strong focus on stakeholder partnership data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
A key element of this role is supporting the rollout of a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and helping embed a new scalable way of working that leverages AI to improve quality of hire speed and candidate experience.
In this position you will:
- Build and nurture strong talent pipelines for both retail and head office teams.
- Partner closely with hiring managers understanding their needs and guiding them through the process.
- Support and drive adoption of the new ATS ensuring high-quality usage compliance and consistent reporting across teams.
- Interpret data identify trends and provide insights that support decision-making and business growth.
- Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to internal and external communication channels.
- Continuously optimize recruitment processes bringing creativity and innovation to every step.
- Participate in projects and initiatives that elevate our Talent Acquisition function.
Qualifications :
What we are looking for
- Higher education in HR or a related field.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- 4 years of recruitment experience ideally in retail and/or high-volume fast-paced environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
- Strong analytical mindset: comfortable interpreting recruitment data and translating it into action.
- Interest and/or experience in ATS implementation.
- High professionalism empathy and service mindset.
