Job Summary
Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
Coordinate with department managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
Prepare and publish job advertisements on job boards social media and recruitment platforms.
Source candidates through various channels such as job portals LinkedIn referrals and recruitment databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment database.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.
Assist in onboarding new employees and completing hiring documentation
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
24 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools job boards and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Familiarity with ATS systems and HR software is a plus.
