Job Summary

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.

  • Coordinate with department managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.

  • Prepare and publish job advertisements on job boards social media and recruitment platforms.

  • Source candidates through various channels such as job portals LinkedIn referrals and recruitment databases.

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment database.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

  • Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.

  • Assist in onboarding new employees and completing hiring documentation


Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.

  • 24 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools job boards and sourcing techniques.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

  • Good organizational and time-management skills.

  • Familiarity with ATS systems and HR software is a plus.
