Job Summary
Job Summary:
In this position you will be part of the quality team and report to the quality manager. You will support the purchase and sales teams with the evaluation of incoming samples and preparation and dispatch of sample requests to our customers.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Preparing and dispatching samples to our clients
Sample roasting for client requests and cupping sessions according to our roasting standards
Set up and break down of cupping tables according to industry standards
Keeping the quality lab clean and organized
Monitoring inventory and equipment
Registering incoming samples
Participating in cupping sessions
Physical grading of green coffee samples
Documentation record keeping and reporting
Assist sales team and customers with quality related questions
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Excellent organization skills and record keeping
Attention to detail
Dynamic mindset and strong communication skills
Proficiency in English
Minimum 2 years of experience in the coffee industry
Previous experience in coffee quality control or sensory analysis Q Grader certification is a plus
Sample roasting experience is preferred but if you are the perfect match with our team we can provide you the training
Experience in sales or other customer facing role is an advantage
