Job Description
主要职责
1. 有效执行公司及所在区域的市场推广策略制定个人绩效计划确保绩效目标的完成及超越完成
2. 就目标客户日常拜访及宣传推广工作合理安排客户拜访与目标客户保持良好长期的合作关系
3. 积极有效开发新客户了解目标客户情况
4. 及时真实的完成各项工作报表
5. 严格执行公司各项市场活动了解竞争产品最新动态准确传递产品信息
6. 监控目标区域市场动向及时向地区经理/主管汇报
7. 收集患者使用产品后的不良反应信息及时将相关信息汇报给公司相关部门
8. 负责协助地区经理完成
1) 新入职代表的上岗培训熟悉客户市场公司报告系统及相关政策
2) 协助地区经理在团队中进行产品知识的培训
9. 100% 遵守合规所有的相关规定
任职要求
大专以上学历医药专业或医药市场营销专业为佳
5年以上医药行业市场营销相关工作经验
熟练使用计算机办公软件
具备一定的英语听说读写能力
具有良好的语言表达能力及清晰的沟通协调能力
通过公司高代认证考试和RDPAC的认证考试
