Job Description
We are currently looking for a motivated Call Center Representative to join our team at TMN Insurance. As a Call Center Representative you will be the first point of contact for our customers assisting them with their inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
Job Responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Handling customer complaints providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
- Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate team member
- Maintaining a positive empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Keeping records of customer interactions transactions comments and complaints
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle high-stress situations in a calm and professional manner
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of CRM systems
Desired Experience
The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
