We now have a new requirement and are looking for a consultant colleague with the qualifications listed below. The position is part of our consulting business which means you will be employed by us and work either with clients or on internal projects and assignments.

Your Profile (Must-have requirements)
510 years of experience as an agile coach or similar role.

Excellent understanding of agile frameworks and principles and preferably also product management practices.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional approach.

Excellent listening skills and the ability to coach both leaders and teams.

Practical hands on approach in providing guidance support and concrete recommendations.

Experience facilitating workshops kick offs and trainings.

Strong documentation skills and the ability to develop processes and training materials.

Team oriented mindset combined with strong personal drive and a solution creating attitude.

Ability to plan structure and lead work independently.
