Job summary:
Bloomfield Nursing and Rehab is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 7-week contract assignment. The LPN will provide direct nursing care to residents support patient treatment plans administer medications and work closely with registered nurses and healthcare staff to ensure high-quality patient care during night shifts

Job duties:

Provide direct patient care to residents in accordance with care plans and nursing standards.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor and record vital signs symptoms and patient progress.
Assist residents with daily living activities including hygiene mobility and comfort.

Requirements:

Active LPN License required
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferably in long-term care or rehabilitation settings.
