Job Summary
Summary:
We are seeking a Molder to support manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment.
The ideal candidate will operate molding equipment and presses to form products according to required specifications while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
This role requires attention to detail basic measurement and testing knowledge and the ability to work with a variety of tools and molding materials.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Operate hydraulic robotic and/or manual presses to mold products into required shapes
Apply appropriate molding techniques to compact materials and form finished products
Perform basic density tests on molded pieces to ensure compliance with specifications
Utilize a variety of measuring tools hand tools and power tools to complete molding tasks
Use equipment such as tamping guns and molding presses to shape materials accurately
Follow established manufacturing procedures and safety protocols
Maintain production quality standards and meet output targets
Required Qualifications
Basic understanding of molding materials and product characteristics
Ability to distinguish between different material mixes pressing techniques and finishing methods
Experience using measuring tools and basic manufacturing equipment
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Ability to work in a production-focused manufacturing environment
Additional Information
2nd shift schedule with shift differential
Math assessment required with resume submission
Drug screening and background checks required
Manufacturing or production experience preferred
