Part Time Front Desk- Citizen House

Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly professional and reliable Part-Time Front Desk Agent to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for guests and members creating a welcoming and elevated experience from arrival to departure. The ideal candidate thrives in a hospitality-driven environment has strong communication skills and is passionate about delivering exceptional service. Open availability is strongly preferred including evenings weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and members warmly upon arrival and provide a welcoming first impression

• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately

• Answer phone calls emails and guest inquiries in a professional and timely manner

• Provide information about hotel amenities club services events and local recommendations

• Assist members and guests with reservations requests and special accommodations

• Coordinate with housekeeping events and management to ensure smooth operations

• Maintain accurate guest records and process payments using POS and reservation systems

• Support event operations when needed including light event setup or guest coordination

• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and escalate issues when appropriate

• Maintain a clean organized and professional front desk area

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality hotel front desk concierge or guest services preferred

• Strong guest service and communication skills

• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable using reservation systems POS systems and basic computer programs

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Professional appearance and demeanor
