Job Summary
- 会場の準備とすべての商品の提供に責任を持ちお客様一人一人に注意を払う
- 品質サービス商品清潔さの基準を常に維持する
- 在庫管理発注オペレーションをサポートする
- 作業エリア調理器具機器の清掃や消毒を行う
- 標準作業手順書に従い会場を準備する
- バンケットのゲストが楽しく専門的なサービスを受けられるようにする
- 優れた価値とサービスを提供しアップセリングのテクニックを活用することで売上と利益を最大化する
- 外向的な性格で常連客と親密な関係を築く
- Responsible for preparing venue and serving all products giving individualized attention towards each customer.
- Maintain set standard of quality service product and cleanliness at all times.
- Support inventory management ordering and operations.
- Clean or sanitize work areas utensils or equipment.
- Prepare the venue ready for service according to the standard operating procedures.
- Ensure the guests of the banquet experience an enjoyable expertly served beverage/dining experience.
- Maximize sales and profit by providing excellent value and service and utilize up selling techniques.
- Outgoing personality building rapport with regular guests.
Qualifications :
- 柔軟性があり店舗の要件に従って与えられた日中のシフトに対応できること
- 勤務時間が早いためホテルの近くに住んでいること
- 英語と日本語が話せることが望ましい
- マルチタスク
- 国内外のゲストとのコミュニケーション能力
- Should be flexible and ready to work any shift daytime given as per requirement of the outlet.
- Living close to the hotel due to early operations.
- English and Japanese verbal skills are desirable.
