Responsibilities
- Establish strong customer relationships by assisting with incoming customer call inquiries scheduling sales appointments and maintaining long-term follow up with customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicle products and services
- Record customer information in the required database
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills including date entry internet and Microsoft Office
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail while working under tight timelines
- Willingness to follow direction while working independently
- Available to work flexible hours including nights weekends and some holidays
- Professional Appearance
