Responsibilities
- Be the friendly first voice our customers hear--answering calls and helping them get scheduled
- Build real relationships with customers (not just one-and-done conversations)
- Match customers with the right vehicles services and next steps
- Keep things organized by documenting customer info in our CRM
- Follow up and stay connected--because great service doesnt stop after one call
Qualifications
- Youre a people person with strong communication skills (phonewritten)
- Comfortable with computers data entry and Microsoft Office
- You can juggle tasks stay organized and keep cool under pressure
- Self-motivated but also a team player who takes direction well
- Professional reliable and ready to bring a positive attitude every day
- Open to a flexible schedule including evenings and available to work every other weekend
