  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries through the live chat system.
  • Assisting users with questions related to automotive property listings account access and platform features.
  • Providing accurate information regarding buying selling and listing automotive-related properties.
  • Troubleshooting basic technical issues users may experience while using the platform.
  • Escalating complex problems to the appropriate department (technical support sales or operations).
  • Documenting user issues and solutions in the customer support system.
  • Maintaining a friendly professional tone while assisting customers.
  • Ensuring customers receive clear guidance and a positive experience on the platform.
  • Following up on unresolved issues when necessary.
  • Helping users create accounts manage profiles and submit property listings.
  • Guiding users through search filters listing details and contact features.
  • Logging customer interactions and maintaining accurate records of support requests.
