Job Summary
Main Responsibilities:
Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving storage dispatch and inventory management
Ensure accurate documentation of all inbound and outbound shipments
Maintain proper stock levels and conduct regular physical inventory checks
Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to ensure smooth workflow
Oversee loading and unloading activities ensuring safety and efficiency
Monitor and manage warehouse staff to meet productivity and safety targets
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space
Implement and enforce health safety and security procedures
Resolve any issues related to damaged goods returns or delayed shipments
Generate reports on inventory levels stock movements and team performance
Skills Required:
Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control
Proficiency in warehouse management systems and basic computer applications
Good leadership and team management skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
Good communication and problemsolving abilities
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
Experience with ERP or logistics software preferred
