Nursery Manager - Up to 46000

What Youll Need

Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
Recent experience working as a Nursery Manager
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
Experience managing Ofsted inspections and regulatory standards
Ability to lead staff and manage the daily running of a nursery

What Youll Do

Oversee the daily operation of the nursery and maintain safe organised routines
Lead the team in delivering high-quality early years education in line with EYFS
Monitor learning outcomes and ensure activities support childrens development
Maintain compliance with Ofsted requirements and regulatory standards
Support and supervise staff including training and performance management
Work closely with parents and carers to support each childs development
