The Womens Health Clinic is supported by a highly experienced nursing team with strong staff retention and extensive clinical expertise creating a stable and supportive environment for both experienced providers and new graduates.

Position Summary

The organization is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join its established Womens Health Clinic in Idaho.

This full-time permanent position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive midwifery care within a collaborative OB/GYN team. The CNM will manage prenatal labor and delivery and postpartum care while supporting approximately 215 births annually.

Providers benefit from a strong clinical support system including experienced obstetricians pediatric services available 24/7 anesthesiology coverage and a Level II special care nursery.

This role offers flexibility in scheduling a collaborative care model with physician support and the opportunity to work in a stable well-supported maternity program.

Essential Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive prenatal intrapartum and postpartum care for patients

Conduct routine gynecologic and womens health visits

Manage approximately 1520 patients per clinic day

Participate in clinic schedules of 45 days per week (option for 410 schedule)

Provide call coverage for your own patients with physician backup available

Collaborate with OB physicians pediatric services anesthesiology and nursing teams to ensure coordinated maternity care

Educate patients and families regarding pregnancy postpartum care and womens health

Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record system

Support patient-centered care in a collaborative clinical environment

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Nurse Midwifery program

Certification as a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) AMCB

Eligible for Idaho medical professional licensure and DEA with full prescriptive authority

1 year of CNM experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply

Strong commitment to patient-centered and collaborative care

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range $125000 $135000 (DOE) plus wRVU production incentives or optional pure production model

$10000 sign-on bonus

$10000 relocation assistance

$3000 annual CME allowance
