TITLE: Senior Advanced Systems Engineer (US Citizenship REQUIRED)
RATE RANGE:$85/hr - $100/hr W2 (no health benefits while on contract-an hour worked is an hour paid)
CLEARANCE: No Clearance
LOCATION: Hybrid position must be able to onsite in Pittsburgh PA or Scottsdale AZ (no relocation package)
DURATION: 12 month contract

As a Systems Architect for GeoLogics youll be part of a cross functional team responsible for missile tracking and defense initiatives.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) & Familiarity with MagicDraw
Systems Leadership and ability to direct a team of systems engineers
Requirements Management and Agile Development
Familiarity with common enterprise interfaces (gRPC Kafka REST etc.) and cloud architectures
Familiarity with flight dynamics management and space satellite systems
Cross company collaborative design development
Managing customer requirements and coordination
Knowledge of CCSDS protocol
Knowledge of other common enterprise interface methods (i.e. SNMP gRPC)
Knowledge of data archiving methods (i.e. elasticache)
Flight dynamics management experience
Space ground antenna experience
OpenC3 experience
MBSE experience
Knowledge of commercial cloud systems and enterprise interface protocols
MDA program experience
Ability to create clear documentation to drive system development
RF and optical space communications
IP network knowledge
Space constellation program operational experience
Knowledge of automated flight dynamics operational workflows (and related development)
Knowledge of A.I. solutions Freeflyer and/or Meridian
Knowledge of constellation situation awareness and trending analysis methods and tools
Spacecraft anomaly support experience
Constellation design experience
PREFERRED SKILLS
Space/Ground system architecture experience with proven Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) skills
Requirements analysis and decomposition into physical functional and logical views
Architecture decomposition and interface definition
System level Technical Performance Measures (TPM) development and analysis driving mission effectiveness with an ability to define segment budgets and system tradeoffs
Ability to derive system probabilistic analysis related to space ground systems and create and manage associated workbooks
Coordinate mission performance system design within an MBSE model
Drive interface definition development based on mission derived technical performance measures
Telemetry Tracking and Command (TT&C) satellite to ground experience
Strong experience with driving the definition of Interface Control Documents (ICD)
Experience collaborating with multiple customers to define a common solution
Experience with space constellation systems
Space mission design and architecture (sensing communication payload management mission data processing)
Experience with ICD development and coordination to support space missions
System design change management and coordination
System thread design and CONOPs development
Flight dynamics management experience (preferably related to larger space constellations)
Collision avoidance station keeping orbit insertion de-orbit LEOPs support
Orbit determination methods
Space to ground contact planning
REQUIRED EDUCATION
Requires a Bachelors degree in Systems Engineering or a related Science Engineering Technology or Mathematics field. Also requires 8 years of job-related experience or a Masters degree plus 6 years of job-related experience. Agile experience preferred.
