Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage a set of strategic named accounts acting as a trusted partner to key customers;
- Develop and expand opportunities within an established portfolio with new customer additions occurring only in exceptional cases and following a review process;
- Apply deep knowledge of territory market product lines and commercial processes to support business strategy execution;
- Monitor competition and market trends identifying competitive differentiators and growth opportunities;
- Propose creative and customized solutions for challenges related to customers projects markets and internal processes;
- Prioritize information and analyze scenarios to support strategic decision-making;
- Use multiple internal and external sources to support decisions and recommend actions;
- Act as an individual contributor collaborating with internal teams and serving as a reference for less experienced colleagues;
- Lead small projects with low risk and limited resource requirements ensuring alignment and delivery of results;
- Facilitate discussions communicate expectations and handle sensitive topics with clarity and professionalism.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree required preferably in Electrical Engineering. Degrees in other engineering fields or related areas will also be considered;
- Advanced experience in Sales and Account Management;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and make decisions;
- Fluent in English;
- Experience in complex commercial environments combining technical knowledge and business insight.
Desired Qualifications:
- Proven ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
- Intermediate level in Spanish;
- Experience in documenting planning promoting and executing commercial programs;
- Established project management skills;
- Strong analytical capabilities applied to complex commercial environments.
