Position: Delivery Service Representative (Team 50 - Nanaimo)

Schedule: 4 X 10 Floater 3:45am Start Time

Position Overview

The Delivery Service Rep. will be responsible for covering delivery shifts out of Nanaimo.

Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities include correctly offloading product recording of delivery information accepting payment for goods when required and ensuring operational vehicle safety in all aspects. The Delivery Service Representative is expected to operate the vehicle in a safe manner at all times obeying all rules and regulations of the road and following all appropriate company policies and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Valid Class 1 drivers license and a clean drivers abstract.
Eligibility for bonding and transportation of dangerous goods (TDG) certification.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong mechanical aptitude.
A high-level of integrity and a strong work ethic able to work with little supervision and be self directed.
Professional demeanor under stressful situations.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and to lift up to 60 lbs.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Availability for weekends and statutory holidays
